History
Immersed in the greenery of the Bosco del Montello, the Alle Betulle Restaurant is a place rich in history. Built as a holiday home for the Venetian nobles, it overlooks the point where the Piave almost touches the panoramic road that connects Nervesa della Battaglia to Crocetta del Montello, just above the front line during the First World War. Here in June 1918 the battle took place which later proved decisive for the outcome of the conflict “The Battle of the Solstice”.

The menus of the restaurant vary according to the period, with proposals for dishes always prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients and as far as possible at km 0.
The restaurant offers fragrant dishes from seasonal first fruits (chiodini, porcini, chanterelles, radicchio, asparagus, bruscandoli etc.), which make you rediscover the flavors of a local and refined cuisine, bathed in good wine from our area, followed by homemade desserts and grappa typical.
The specialties are: the platter of cold cuts with cheese and mushrooms, the fresh homemade pasta, the gnocchi made with Montello potatoes, the leg of pork, the Florentine steak (strong point of the house), the tagliata and the fillet with speck .
By reservation, Alle Betulle Restaurant prepares tasty fish menus depending on the availability of the sea.
