From 26 November 2022 to 8 January 2023, the lakeside promenade and the old town welcome thousands of visitors to experience the magical Christmas atmosphere! A programme full of appointments and events awaits visitors. For the first time, Bardolino Christmas will extend to Parco Carrara Bottagisio, which will be dedicated to children and families.
Carrara Bottagisio Park, will host the indoor ice skating rink and the Ferris wheel, while the traditional horse carousel and Father Christmas’s interactive sleigh will enliven Piazza del Porto. Along the lakeside, in the splendid basin of Bardolino, dozens of carefully selected companies will offer their high-quality products: from traditional food and wine to local handicrafts and original home-made Christmas items.
Around the Ferris wheel, the big news: a Christmas train for the little ones, the horse carousel and three months of theatrical performances not to be missed! Strolling through the old town centre, you can visit the church of S. Severo with the adjoining Sala della Disciplina, the small church of San Zeno, and the parish church of San Nicolò, all enveloped in the Christmas atmosphere and lots of lights that transform Bardolino into a splendid Christmas village on the shores of Lake Garda.
