From 14 to 16 October 2022 the streets and squares of Verona’s historic centre will once again come alive with Hostaria Verona, Verona’s wine and vintage festival.
The event, now in its eighth edition, confirms itself as one of the most important festivals in Italy of its kind, with enthusiasts from all over Italy and beyond to rediscover wine and food and cultural tourism that also benefits merchants and restaurants, with shops and activities open until late in the evening.
The programme includes, again this year and more, a complete offer: wine excellences, concerts in the piazza, tastings, public meetings and much more.
The entrances to the Hostaria Festival are located at 2 strategic points: Piazza Bra and Piazza dei Signori. The route stops in Via Roma, Piazza Bra and its Gardens, Cortile Mercato Vecchio, Cortile del Tribunale and Piazza dei Signori, and Piazza Indipendenza Gardens, passing through the main pedestrian streets and squares of Verona’s historic centre.
The food and wine stands and cultural activities of the Festival are concentrated in 5 macro areas:
- AREA 1: Via Roma and Piazza Bra;
- AREA 2: Cortile Mercato Vecchio;
- AREA 3: Piazza dei Signori;
- AREA 4: Courtyard of the Tribunal;
- AREA 5: Piazza Indipendenza Gardens.
