On Sunday, January 1, 2023, at 5 p.m., again at the Teatro Verdi in Padua, the tradition of the New Year’s Concert in the city will be renewed.
The New Year’s greeting in music will feature the Orchestra of Padua and Veneto conducted by Alvise Casellati, the beautiful voice of soprano Giuliana Gianfaldoni and mezzo-soprano Maria Barakova, joined by tenor Dave Monaco and baritone Jorge Nelson Martìnez. Music by G.Donizetti, G. Rossini, C. Gounod, G. Bizet, G.Verdi, J.Offenbach, J. Strauss jr .
The Padua Opera season is organized and produced by the City of Padua – Department of Culture, in collaboration with the Teatro Stabile del Veneto and is supported by the MiC and the Veneto Region.
