The spit in Piazza Caduti nei Lager, based on quails, represents a unique gastronomic event of its kind, which every year attracts enthusiasts from Italy and abroad.
This year there will be five days immersed not only in traditional Venetian cuisine, but also in music and activities for adults and children.
