Special opening of Revine Lago Park on Sunday, April 9 and Monday, April 10, to spend the Easter holidays in an original way with the whole family
Christmas with yours, Easter … at Livelet! The Educational Archaeological Park of Revine Lago will open its doors to the public both on Easter Day and on Easter Monday, with an entertainment program for the whole family: guided tours, educational and artistic workshops, but also egg hunts and, of course, the opportunity to have a picnic on the shores of the lake, in full respect of the Easter tradition.
Thus, the program for Sunday, April 9, includes, in addition to the usual visits to the pile-dwelling village, two workshops suitable for all ages: “Who’s in the Egg?” in the morning from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and “In the Painted Cave,” in the afternoon from 2 to 5 p.m. The former will see children learning to recognize animal eggs, discovering that birds are not the only species to lay eggs, while the latter will allow participants to create cave paintings to take home as souvenirs.
For Angel Monday, April 10, the Livelet will welcome a special guest: master basket weaver Sandro Milan, who throughout the day will exhibit his work and teach young children how to take their first steps in the art of weaving. Also scheduled in the morning, from 10 a.m. to noon, is a fun egg hunt in the park’s gardens. In keeping with the Easter Monday tradition, the Livelet will provide picnic tables and barbecue stations for lunch in the green. Throughout the opening hours, it will also be possible to visit the piles guided by Livelet’s archaeological experts, play in the playground and walk along the lakeshore.
