Tradition, quality, and training: the artisanal know-how of Italian gelato
From November 30 to December 2, 2025, Longarone will once again be the capital of artisanal gelato with MIG EXPERIENCE, the new format of the historic International Gelato Show.
Among the key players will be Confartigianato Imprese – Sector Dolciario Nazionale, which will bring the passion, creativity, and expertise of master Italian gelato makers and pastry chefs to the event.
In a large, equipped area, created in collaboration with several industry companies, Confartigianato Dolciario will offer a rich program of demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions, open to professionals, the public, and especially to hotel school students, to share their passion and artisanal expertise.
A unique opportunity to bring together experience and new generations, in the spirit of tradition and innovation.
Leading the activities will be the national president of the confectionery sector, Cristiano Gaggion, and the gelato makers’ representative on the National Council, Giorgio Venudo, supported by a team of master gelato makers and speakers from across Italy.
During the three days, visitors will be able to attend numerous events dedicated to the production of high-quality artisanal gelato, and will be able to taste traditional flavors and exclusive new creations made with local and sustainable ingredients.
During the MIG EXPERIENCE, the National Council of the Confectionery Sector of Confartigianato will also meet. Convened by President Cristiano Gaggion, this meeting demonstrates the Association’s commitment to promoting the value of the sector and the professionalism of its artisans.
