As we await Shrove Tuesday, Sunday will be packed with events in Treviso, Vittorio Veneto, and Roncade. Due to incoming bad weather, however, Saturday’s events have been canceled.
(13.02.2026) – Another weekend dedicated to imagination and fun, although the approaching bad weather has led to the cancellation of the events scheduled for Saturday, February 14: family activities planned in Treviso and Vittorio Veneto have been called off, as well as the parades in Sant’Angelo, Sernaglia della Battaglia, and Zenson di Piave, where the carnival procession has officially been postponed to March 7. No changes, however, for the events scheduled on Sunday: all-day entertainment in Treviso and confirmed parades in Vittorio Veneto and Roncade.
TREVISO – In Treviso, the last Sunday of Carnival will feature a long series of family-friendly events, with special attention to children. While Saturday’s program has been canceled due to the forecasted bad weather, Sunday will be filled with entertainment, games, and music, leading up to the Shrove Tuesday parade.
Events kick off at 10:00 a.m. between Piazzetta Aldo Moro and the Sant’Andrea Gardens, with roaming entertainment by two original stilt walkers and a juggling artist on a unicycle. At 11:00 a.m., in Piazzetta Aldo Moro, two majestic dragons and their tamer will parade through the square. Then come the “Zzzz” bees with their “stinging” humor. Also starting at 11:00 a.m., at the Sant’Andrea Gardens, the “games of the past” show will give families and friends the chance to challenge one another.
In the afternoon, at 2:30 p.m., the roaming dragons and the “Zzzz” bees return. At 3:00 p.m., the first Circarneval show will take place in Piazzetta Aldo Moro: laughter and acrobatics from the craziest and most colorful circus you’ve ever seen. The second and third Circarneval shows will follow at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., offering an explosive mix of comedy, acrobatics, and magic. At 3:30 p.m., in Piazza dei Signori, the fantastic Cantagallo will perform live music to get both adults and children dancing to the rhythm of happiness. A Sunday not to be missed.
VITTORIO VENETO – On Sunday, February 15, the heart of Vittorio Veneto will come alive with a grand parade of floats starting at 2:30 p.m. along Viale della Vittoria. The parade will be streamed live by Tenda Tv, with commentary by Roberto Biz and Federico Campodall’Orto.
Before the floats reach the main stage, the “Demme Dance Studio” group from Energy Fitness gym in Colle Umberto, directed by instructor Chiara Dal Molin, will perform. Opening the parade will be vehicles from Radio Wow and Radio Company, media partners of the event.
The parade will then feature: the Majorettes Group of Prata di Pordenone; the Carnival Group of Salzano (“We’re Cartoons”); the Cartamodelle; the cultural association Amici di Chions (“Dreams Are Wishes 2.0”); the Cerletti Wine School celebrating its 150th anniversary; the Amici di Susegana group (“Super Mario”); the Fon Fierun Group of Corbanese (“Corbanese-Cortina 2026”); the Parish Group of Nervesa della Battaglia (“The Looney Tunes Gang”); the Carnevale Insieme Signoressa association (“Paw Patrol”); the Coriandolando group for Pieve di Soligo (“The Lion King”); the Dal Santo Group of Prata (“Life Is a Circus”); and the Colombere Committee of Cusignana (“The Golden Eagle Tribe”).
RONCADE – In Roncade, on Sunday, February 15, great anticipation surrounds the 38th edition of the Roncade Carnival, organized by the Pro Loco association. This year’s float parade will take place at night.
The day’s program includes entertainment with Bimbobell in Via Roma from 6:00 p.m., followed at 8:30 p.m. by the masked parade and floats. Afterwards, crostoli (traditional Carnival pastries) and drinks will be offered to everyone in Piazza I Maggio.
The parade will open with a procession of 1940s vintage cars, followed by the Majorettes and Tamburi Onda Azzurra. Participating groups include the Messicani; Amatori Calcio San Cipriano; Gruppo Simpatia Musestre (“Fasten Your Seatbelts… the Fun Is About to Begin”); Fioi de Campocrose (“Full Throttle on a Vespa”); the Luna d’Agosto association of Zerman (“Beyond Appearances”); Contrada Santa Lucia of Castagnole (“The Kingdom of Shadows”); the Aps Fuorigiri Group of Losson della Battaglia (“Wreck-It Ralph”); the Quei de Quarto association (“Spread Your Wings and Fly Toward Happiness”); the Pro Loco of Sant’Angelo di Treviso (“Uncle Scrooge and the Treasure That Doesn’t Shine”); and the Amici del Carnevale di Roncade association (“The Dancing Tribe”).
CHARITY LOTTERY – The celebration does not end with Carnival. At mid-Lent, the final event of the 2026 Carnevali di Marca edition will be the Closing Gala on Saturday, March 14, at the “Giovanni Paolo II” parish center in San Vendemiano, which will also host the drawing of the traditional charity lottery.
Carnevali di Marca is not only about floats, joy, and confetti. During this festive season, there is also a desire to think of others—those who may be experiencing less carefree moments. During the parades, lottery tickets can be purchased for €2.50 each, with the hope of a lucky draw. The total prize pool amounts to €25,000.
The first prize is a New Opel Corsa 5-door car, provided by Sarlo Group–Autogiada. Other prizes include shopping vouchers redeemable at Toffolatti Gioielli and at Maxì Supermarkets. In addition, for every ticket sold, 10 cents will be donated to local associations engaged in social initiatives.
All updates on the Carnevali di Marca parades can be found at www.carnevalidimarca.it and on the association’s social media channels (the Facebook page “Associazione Carnevali di Marca Treviso” and, for the Treviso parade, the page “Carnevale Trevigiano”).
