Le Manzane, (TV) Prosecco Rosè to start all over again and toast to Love

Sunny and Romantic: Glera’s grapes (88%) meet the Pinot Nero in the new sparkling wine of the San Pietro di Felletto’s cellar. Guarantee to conquer for its velveted freshness and pleasant drink.

An intriguing aroma of fresh red fruit, a soft acidity and a seductive colour. Le Manzane wine cellar launches the “en rose” version of Prosecco. An homage to life and to the will of a new start, also to people in love. With its Prosecco Rose’ Millesimato Brut , the cellar of San Pietro di Feletto (TV) offers the perfect occasion for a toast with the loved one on Saint Valentine’s Day, February the 14th.

The new sparkling wine is on sale from January 2021. Sixty thousand bottles have been produced:” We started the distribution and the feedback we have had so far have been very incouraging- Explain Ernesto Balbinot and Silvana Ceschin, owners of the Manzane’s- The interest is there. The Prosecco Rose’ is loved.Everyone likes it.” The reason? It represents the joy of living, it brings along a sun’s ray and some colour in this difficult period”In the new rose’s variant , the Glera’s (88%) meets the Pinot Nero (12%). The short process of maceration of the red grapes’ skins give the wine a delicate colour with a romantic dressing; a provenzal pink, brilliant with “skin powder” reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent; to the smell vague rose’s, strawberries’ and peaches’ scents. Creamy, fresh and well balanced with a background taste that is slightly of almonds, it’s a pleasant and catching sparkling wine . Blends well with asiatic dishes like sushi and sashimi, and for those who love the Venetian cuisine it blends well with shrimps’ risotto and it’s perfect with creamed cod. The trend seems clear, the pink bubbles are here to grow . The sparkling wines trend is on the rise, but also for the pink ones, a product that is highly appealing to the feminine clients but due to its versatility can be chosen for special occasions as much as an aperitivo at the end of a day . “Even though we are a firm with deep roots in the Docg territory- Continue Ernesto and Silvana- We wanted to add this reference to let our partners know that we are careful and sensible to what happens in the market. We decided to meet the requests of our sales force creating the commercial conditions that meet the need of the consumer”.

The Manzane Cellar is located in San Pietro di Feletto, half way from Venice and the Dolomites, in the hills area of the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Hills of superior Prosecco proclaimed on July the 7th 2019 World’s Humanity Heritage by UNESCO. The firm is managed by family members and it is well rooted in the trevisan territory as a producer for almost 40 years now.
