Olympics 2026: from Treviso to Cortina by bus – a new sustainable link to experience the Games

A new direct bus service between Treviso and Cortina d’Ampezzo was presented in Treviso, promoted by MOM – Mobilità di Marca on the occasion of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. Operating from 4 to 22 February 2026, the service is designed to offer residents, tourists and families a comfortable, stress-free and sustainable way to reach the Olympic “red zone”, the very heart of the event.

The connection features daily departures with guaranteed seating and an integrated MOM–Dolomitibus ticket priced at €25, valid for a same-day round trip. The journey takes approximately three hours and links Treviso Airport and the cities of Treviso, Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto directly to Cortina d’Ampezzo, with a seamless transfer in Calalzo di Cadore thanks to the partnership with Dolomitibus.

Beyond meeting the logistical needs of the Olympic system – where private car access will be heavily restricted – the project also has a strong tourism focus. The intermediate stops allow visitors travelling to Veneto for the Games to discover the Marca Trevigiana as a destination in its own right, ideal for overnight stays and rich in history, culture and food and wine traditions.

The new service is the result of close cooperation between institutions, tourism bodies and economic partners, with support from the Italian Ministry of Tourism. It strengthens Treviso’s role as a strategic gateway to the Dolomites and promotes an accessible, integrated and sustainable mobility model during one of the most internationally visible events ever hosted by the Veneto region.
