Last opening for the 2023 calendar of Primavera del Prosecco Superiore, the event that celebrates Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the places where it is born.
Last Wine Exhibition of the busy calendar of events that animated the 2023 edition will, in fact, be Vittorio Veneto with the 23rd Mostra dei Vini DOCG that will take place from June 2 to 11 at Palazzo Minucci – De Carlo.
As part of the Victorian leg of the exhibition, cultural, artistic and tourist initiatives will be promoted, with a special focus on local gastronomy, art and cultural and nature walks in the hills of the area. The event will conclude with the 2023 edition of the Palio delle Botti, a competition between factions of “pushers” from different municipalities who will compete in a spectacular race through the streets of historic villages to win the Palio of cloth.
In the splendid setting of the Ancient Camaldolese Hermitage of Rua di Feletto will continue, until June 11, the 52nd San Pietro di Feletto Hill Wines Exhibition, enriched by a historical route that winds through the cells of the Ancient Hermitage. The penultimate exhibition – in order of time – of the Primavera del Prosecco cycle, the Mostra dei Vini di Collina opens its doors to visitors to the event with a full program of tastings, themed evenings and in-depth discussions, concretely demonstrating how the added value of the combination of “wine and landscape” is an element of distinction and value. Visitors will be able to appreciate the many prestigious wines of local production presented by local wineries, the true protagonists of the Exhibition. Particular commitment, in fact, is devoted by the Pro Loco to the revaluation of the ancient flavors of peasant culture, celebrating the magical embrace between “magnar ben” and “bever meio.”
And, until June 4, the 52nd Mostra del Vino Superiore dei Colli continues in Corbanese (TV). The Exhibition includes culinary specialties to be paired with local wines, both white and red, and each evening will be enlivened by live music.
Also on the calendar on Friday, June 2, is the nature walk in the footsteps of poetry, part of the program “Postcards Sent from the Gods,” nature walks in places praised by the poet. At 9 a.m. on June 2, DOLCI ASPERITÀ ALL’ATTACCO DEI COLLI will kick off. Overflowing the plateau / of tenebrous ferns… Walk on the rolling hills surrounding the village of Corbanese in Tarzo (TV).
