Arena di Verona Opera Festival – from 16/06 to 9/09

From 16 June to 9 September the 100th Arena di Verona Opera Festival will be staged, 50 unmissable evenings in which 8 opera titles will alternate for the first time, plus 4 gala evenings and an extraordinary concert with the Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro alla Scala. It will be a true anthology of the titles and stagings that are among the most beloved by international audiences, in an unrepeatable parade of the theatre’s history.
It will be a visual experience, but also an informative and cognitive journey that no theatre in the world can offer in such a short space of time because truly Verona will be the Global Opera Village and the city with the highest density of singing stars per square metre for 100 days, including rehearsals, stagings, cast crossovers.

The inauguration on 16 June is entrusted to the new production of Aida, designed by Stefano Poda, and will be broadcast worldwide on RAI television.
