Nine years after his last concert at the Verona Arena, Luciano Ligabue is back live in one of the symbolic places of Italian music.
The Emilian singer-songwriter is planning seven unmissable evenings in the evocative setting of the Scaligero amphitheater: to the already announced appointments scheduled for 27, 29 and 30 September, three new dates are added, by popular demand, on 1, 3, 4 and October 6.
Born in Correggio in 1960, Luciano began attending music through his youth experience in local radio stations in the Emilia province; his great success came in 1990 with the album “Ligabue”, which offers a surprisingly mature sound. The album, preceded by the single “Balliamo Sul Mondo” becomes one of the most successful debuts in the history of Italian discography.
With 22 albums, 5 books, 3 films, over 800 concerts in theaters, clubs, sports halls, stadiums and large open spaces, the great rocker from Correggio confirms himself as one of the most important protagonists of Italian rock. Singer, author, director, writer, Ligabue has been keeping company with generations of Italians for 30 years. His presence in Verona is a great tribute to the city, given that in 2022 Ligabue will only perform in Campovolo and in the Arena.
