The Ufficio IAT Treviso centro and UNPLI Treviso consolidate their collaboration with the Treviso Sotterranea Association with a totally new programme of tours.
After the success of the “Da Porta a Porta, sopra e sotto le mura” tours (which will resume on the first Sunday of September after the usual summer break), a brand new summer and evening programme is born: “Treviso notturna e sotterranea” (Treviso by night and underground).
The tour, held by Treviso Sotterranea operators, will start from one of the city’s symbols: Porta San Tomaso. The tour will start from the Sala d’Arme (Weapons Hall) inside the city gate, with a visit to the temporary exhibition of illustrations on the monumental gate, followed by a visit to an underground part of the Treviso walls.
An unprecedented tour that lets you discover a hidden part of Treviso at a time that is certainly suggestive: all appointments are in fact at 8.30 p.m. and the visits will last about two hours.
A proposal that complements the calendar of visits “Treviso e la Serenissima”, dedicated to the places that recall the link between Treviso and Venice, whose last appointments will be held on Saturday 1 and Saturday 15 July, at 3.00 p.m. (for info IAT Treviso).
