The return of Sigep on its traditional January date marks a strategic re-start for the entire sweet foodservice industry. Hausbrandt confirms its significant presence at the event, now in its 44th edition, which from January 21 to 25 will gather all the stakeholders of the ice cream, pastry, bakery, coffee and chocolate supply chains at the Rimini Exhibition Center.

From the very first glance, the stand-which welcomes all the Group’s excellences-comes across with a decisive character: Martino Zanetti’s artistic expression gives rise to an environment dominated by the essentiality and elegance of black and white, decorated with free and joyful brushstrokes to enhance the iconic moka coffee maker in a flaming red version. This setting welcomes visitors into the Hausbrandt world, with all products highlighted both for tasting and as protagonists of dedicated events.

For BIO 100% Arabica, a coffee with a sweet aroma and intense aftertaste, Hausbrandt has chosen an espresso station that invites tasting and enhances this balanced blend, respectful of nature’s timing and the environment in which its beans grow. The tasting path gives space to all the blends dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca world: Gourmet 100% Arabica and Gourmet Columbus 100% Arabica, Academia and HH.

Sigep is an opportunity to present to the international audience of professionals and buyers the latest Theresianer beer innovation: the new graphic design that expresses the contemporary and unchanged style of exclusive and award-winning beers.  To complete the tasting experience here are Col Sandago wines and Champagne Martin Orsyn, singular and distinctive expressions of the path of excellence always pursued by the Group. A full calendar of events confirms the link and support to the world of haute patisserie with the presence of Pastry Chefs and Ambassadors Roberto Rinaldini, Andrea Tortora and Sal de Riso. Mixology and latte art at the highest level will be enhanced with shows by flair champion Bruno Vanzan and world latte art champions Manuela Fensore & Carmen Clemente.
