A rich program of insights and focus, machinery and equipment on display, typical products and everything related to agriculture, including farm animals.
Slope agriculture has its national capital in Longarone Fiere Dolomiti. For two weekends (15-16 and 21-22-23 March) Agrimont will be the point of reference for agricultural companies and hobbyists, with a vast program of exhibitions of vehicles and instruments, exhibition of products for gardening and floriculture, moments of technical insights for professionals.
«Agrimont is one of the most historic fairs in Longarone and this year it reaches its 44th edition» said the mayor of Longarone and president of the Province of Belluno, Roberto Padrin. «And this year too, spring will begin right at the slope agriculture fair, as we called it. It will be an event both for the general public, which in our province has a deep connection with rurality, and also and above all for those who live in the primary sector. It will therefore be an opportunity to celebrate agriculture, which is one of the fundamental means to take care of the high lands and combat the depopulation of the mountains”.

THE NUMBERS
At Agrimont 2025 there will be 248 corporate brands: 198 from 13 Italian regions (Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Piedmont, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Puglia, Abruzzo, Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Sicily and Liguria), and 50 from 13 foreign countries (Germany, Austria, Sweden, USA, Japan, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Slovenia, Netherlands and China). On display will be agricultural machinery, services and products for the care and maintenance of the land, for gardening, and typical food and wine products.
“We have the ambition to attract a significant number of visitors: target 25,000” explained Giovanni De Lorenzi, CEO of Longarone Fiere Dolomiti. “We are enthusiastic about this exhibition, which represents one of the most anticipated events in the calendar. It is a fair that has been held since 1981 and has always been able to renew itself over the years. As per tradition, we will also celebrate the European Artisan Gelato Day within Agrimont, creating a bridge with a product that is strongly identifiable for our territory, as well as being fundamental for the enhancement of the agri-food chain”.
“Agrimont represents the desire to enhance excellence, especially local mountain products” added Franco Conzato, vice president of Longarone Fiere Dolomiti. “A mountain that is already projected towards the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics. It is a huge event, and a great opportunity for Longarone Fiere, which will be a hub towards the Cortina races. Precisely for this reason, the Fair will have to tell and promote the territory, looking at the development of the entire mountain area”.
BEEKEEPING AND LIVESTOCK
Before Milano Cortina 2026, however, there is Agrimont. And for two consecutive weekends it will talk about agriculture, livestock farming, gardening, green practices… all topics not disconnected from the Olympics. On the contrary. Among the particular focuses, as illustrated by Chiara Bortolas (president of Coldiretti Belluno) and Cinzia De Bastiani (representing Cia Belluno) there will be space for beekeeping, a very important practice for the enhancement of the mountains, and for the milk supply chain, with a focus on raw milk production. Connected to Agrimont there will be, as per tradition, the “Forest Fair and Festival”, with in-depth analysis of the forest supply chain and the forest resource.
In addition, there will be show cooking sessions with the farmer chefs of Coldiretti, a honey tasting course, pruning and grafting courses, and much more. In the space outside the pavilions, a farm will be set up, with cattle, horses, goats, sheep, rabbits, llamas and alpacas. The historic collaboration with the agricultural institute “Della Lucia” of Vellai will bring to the fair practical demonstrations of safety in forestry construction sites, maintenance and sharpening of the chainsaw and much more.
Agrimont will be open with the following hours: Saturday and Sunday 9-19, Friday 14:30-19.
