Everyone likes to feel like a child again, even if only for a few moments, but life rarely allows it. Family, work, responsibilities: to live up to them, we have to act like adults, even if now and then rediscovering the scent of childhood can be a real remedy. March 19th gives us a great opportunity to try. And there’s no need for a DeLorean: our parents’ home and a bit of time to spend with them is all it takes.

In honor of Father’s Day, we challenge him to the old games we used to play together, set in the context of a delicious aperitivo-style dinner. We start with nachos and popcorn, followed by cured meats, cold cuts, cheeses, and a bit of meat, paired with a choice we knew he would absolutely love: the Pinot Nero Tre Venezie IGT Giò by Ponte1948. He tastes it and has fun playing the sommelier: a delicate red color with light fruity notes of currant, blackberry, and raspberry, completed by floral hints of rose and violet…
And on to the next challenge: now it’s time for pick-up sticks. How did it end? A journey through time, filled with cherished memories, lots of joy and, needless to say, he wins again!
