The “Gelato a Due” competition organized by Longarone Fiere is back

Competition “Gelato a Due” – Special Triveneto

The most spectacular competition dedicated to gastronomic ice cream and the new frontiers of taste is back.

On the occasion of the b2b fair “Dolomiti Ho.Re.Ca.”, on Tuesday 11 October 2022 at the Longarone Fiere Dolomiti pavilions, the “Gelato a Due” – Special Triveneto competition will be held.

At the competition field, a chef and an ice cream maker in the team will challenge the other competitors by preparing:

  • A gourmet dish that combines ice cream with an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a pizza, street food,
  • A plate dessert featuring ice cream

The top three ranked teams will enter the international competition directly during the International Ice Cream Show, November 28 and 29, 2022.
