Alforno is coming, the new cooking show produced by Food Media Factory and Level 33 dedicated to the world of bakery, which sees Theresianer beer among the partners alongside its Ambassador Renato Bosco. The new TV format, which will be broadcast for the first time from October 28 to November 1, from Monday to Friday at 6:50 pm, on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, sees the famous pizza researcher as host and judge, together with Stefano Cavada and Andrea Tortora, for a challenge to discover the tastiest baked specialties.
On TV, alongside the three judges and the five food creators who will alternate in the episodes (Diletta Secco, Sara Brancaccio, Tamara Mitrangolo, Giovanni Castaldi and Mirko Tassin) putting themselves on the line by preparing a sweet and a savoury recipe each, there will be Mezzo Litro Theresianer: refined and suitable for consumption in company, the format interprets the most innovative trends in eating out. Three characteristic unfiltered Theresianer beers will be highlighted in different ways during the five episodes: PREMIUM PILS, a beer with a dry taste and an unmistakable persistent but delicately pleasant bitter note. WIT, fresh and sweet at the same time, with a distinctly fruity flavour and aromas of banana, pear and cloves. INDIA PALE ALE, a beer with a distinct but balanced bitterness, a strong flavour accompanied by an explosive aroma of citrus and flowers. Theresianer is synonymous with taste and quality and creates distinctive beers that are the result of expertise and the wise use of raw materials, in a new dress and format with a strong personality. On this occasion, it will accompany the hosts and contestants in discovering the secrets of bread making, the alchemy of doughs and the best techniques for making and cooking.
