Padova. Salone dei Sapori, Food Festival – from 13 to 20 October

The “Salone dei Sapori” is the first food festival born in the heart of Padua, to enhance the 800 years of the oldest covered market in Europe and connect it to an important territorial marketing operation, carried out in collaboration with Slow Food and the University of Padua.

The venue of the event is the Palazzo della Ragione and the surrounding squares.

A multidisciplinary event where the theme of taste is addressed at 360°, with a program that is developed in two macro areas: the area of ​​knowledge and flavors.

Area of ​​knowledge: the narrative part includes a program of food education, scientific research, entertainment and experiences for the public, with the aim of promoting the culture of food, the excellence of the territory and spreading good eating habits by creating orientation to consumption.
Area of ​​flavors: the part of the experience offers an itinerary that takes place in the squares and inside the “Sotto Salone” where you can taste and meet the best products and excellences of the territory, accompanied by moments of entertainment and music.
