A year-end full of awards. The year 2023 could not have ended in a better way for Hausbrandt. As part of the partnership with the “Guida dei caffè e delle torrefazioni d’Italia”, the official presentation of which was held on 21 December at the Accademia del Caffè Espresso de La Marzocco, Hausbrandt – a historic company led by Martino Zanetti – was awarded two important prizes.
“For its extraordinary ability to diversify its offer in terms of products, demonstrating that it can excel in production areas that go beyond the coffee sector, such as wine, beer and gin”.
This was the motivation for the ‘Award Torrefazione Ecletticità’: the inspiring and artistic personality of Martino Zanetti, the heterogeneity of the products and the intellectual proactive disciplines that concern the company in addition to its main industrial activity impressed the jury and allowed it to win this prestigious award.
A second award went to ‘Hausbrandt Bio 100% Arabica’, an organic coffee whose precious berries are grown in selected plantations, in full respect of nature and in compliance with organic raw material processes.
The ‘Coffee and Coffee Roasting Guide of Italy’ reviews the best blends and rewards the most deserving Italian coffee roasters, thus mapping the roasting plants of excellence in each Region and Province, providing a useful tool for all coffee lovers. The Chameleon’s Guide, available in paper and digital (on App) versions, is a true ‘compass’ that allows one to orient oneself in the vast world of coffee, approaching its tasting in an informed manner.
